The building is made in ashlar work and has two dinteled doorways: one at the foot, with a steeple (1705), and the other on the epistle side (1883): It is shaped in one single nave divided into four sections with no transept. The ceiling has a dome over the first section of the nave, and barrel vaulting with lunettes for the second section. The sacristy has a flat roof. The main altar is part of the nave. The arrangement of ornamental elements makes for an ambience characteristic of the widespread classical tradition of the Valencia area. Most recently restored in 2004.Held around this chapel each year, on the second Sunday of May, is the feast of Our Lady of the Forsaken, patron saint of the town
