This chapel is located near the mouth of the Cuevas River, in Cap i corb. In 1760 one Bartolomé Conesa, a shepherd from the town of Alcalà de Xivert, found an image of St Anthony of Padua on the beach, and in 1773 Doctor Gabriel Ebrí, presbyter of the town of Alcalà, built the chapel at his own expense to honour the patron saint of the town and venerate the image.

The chapel has one single nave with a barrel vault and the interior is decorated with rockery motives.
