Starting from point 2 on the Main Route you climb towards a plateau called PLA DE LAGAR along a footpath that runs parallel to the CARRERA RAVINE. At first the path leads up through the orchards until you get to the ravine, then it runs through the shade of the pine trees, with the breeze blowing through the mountain pass, until you reach the plateau above, the PLA DE LAGAR, where you can admire the scenery with the clear sky above you, with the only sound on the birds breaking the pristine silence. At the top is a signpost indicating you should turn left to get to the SANTA LUCIA AND SAN BENET CHAPEL ( 3.5 km), which is the way you should go.
The footpath turns into a pretty wide track as from the EBRI TOWER, and you can follow this dowm to the CHAPEL, with the sea on your left. The scenary from the CHAPEL LOOKOUT POINT is sure to give you a sensation of broad horizons, in a place where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
You can get back onto the Main Route by descending the track that's forks right towards the LITTLE CHAPEL OF SAN BENET, following it to a large irrigation pool, and finally reaching your destination amidst the orchards again ( point 1).
Towards the right , without leaving the track, you arrive at your original starting point.
